Nordland regional Sports confederation is responsible for the implementation of the event itself, and is our contact with the organizing clubs through the Bodø Sports Council.
Nordland regional Sports confederation (founded 1 July 1971) is organized under Norwegian Sports Confederation and Olympic and Paralympic Committee, and the regional confederations serve as collective bodies for sports within each of Norway's 11 counties.
"Nordland Distriktslag for Idrett" was formed together with 20 other district teams in 1919.
